Small Group Fitness & Strength Training
Our full body strength training builds muscle, burns fat, and improves mobility and posture. Strength training is advantageous because it pairs well with lower intensity exercise like walking/daily activity, safe, less risky than HIIT, Crossfit, and Bootcamps. Building muscle is especially important for menopause, aging, injury prevention, and fat loss and is the only way to look toned.

Youth Fitness & Strength Training
Designed for middle and high school students, this program builds strength, confidence, and healthy fitness habits. Participants work one-on-one with a personal trainer to develop proper technique and feel comfortable in the gym. We are Step Up approved (so you can pay with Florida home-schooling scholarship).

Personal Training
Work one-on-one with a dedicated coach who focuses entirely on you throughout the entire session—your goals, your pace, and your progress. Each session is customized to help you break through plateaus and address injuries or limitations.

Online Training
Custom training program, nutrition, and accountability to reach your specific goals. Workout in the convenience of your home or gym, with our guidance and expertise.
