Designed for middle and high school students, this program builds strength, confidence, and healthy fitness habits. Participants work one-on-one with a personal trainer to develop proper technique and feel comfortable in the gym.

Master the fundamentals of lifting with expert coaching designed for teens. We offer full body workouts focusing on strength and bodyweight exercises.

Simple, age-appropriate nutrition education to help you fuel your body for strength and energy. Plus we encourage a healthy routine and lifestyle and positive attitude.
We Are Step Up Approved!
Our program qualifies under Florida’s Step Up scholarship, meaning qualified homeschool families can apply their funding toward our youth strength-training. Ask us for details!
